Total Systems Technology

You’ll find Total Systems Technology on the second floor of a building on NC Kelkar Road. It’s right in the middle of the Budhwar Peth electronic market. If you know that area, you know how crowded it gets. The stairs up to our floor are narrow and a bit steep, so it’s always a bit of a climb. Once you get inside, it’s mostly shelves filled with boxes, wires, and circuit boards. There isn't much space to walk around because we have so much stock piled up. It’s a bit of a maze, really. We spend our time fixing things or testing components. The noise from the market downstairs—all the people haggling and the vehicles—comes right through the windows. We usually have a radio playing somewhere in the background to drown it out. It’s not a shiny tech office like you see on TV. It’s more of a practical workspace where tools are scattered on the benches and there are always a few half-finished projects lying around. We’ve been in this market for a while, so we know most of the other shopkeepers. Sometimes we trade parts or help each other out when someone is short on something. It’s a tight-knit community here. We just try to get the repairs done and help the people who manage to find their way up the stairs to our door.
