It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here. We don't go in for fancy decorations or expensive office furniture. There are just enough desks for everyone and a small area where we keep the kettle for tea. Shivaji Nagar is always moving, so there is plenty of noise from the street, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We spend most of our time at our stations, working on whatever is on the list for that day. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We just talk to each other across the room when something needs to be discussed. Some of us have been here since the start, while others joined more recently. We all just get along and do the work. The building is easy enough to spot once you get into Vallabh Nagar. We like the location because it’s central and easy for everyone to reach by bus or bike. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs to the third floor, which is good exercise anyway. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look, as long as the work gets done and everyone is doing their part. It's just a normal workplace with normal people doing their jobs the best way they know how.
