Virtuer Software Private Limited is based in Bavdhan, located at S. No. 22/9/1, Plot No. 27. We are right behind Vidnyan Nagar, which is a fairly quiet part of the area. The office is more of a standalone plot setup rather than a big commercial tower. This gives us a bit of privacy and a different feel compared to the big IT parks. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but that keeps the noise down. Inside, we’ve got a pretty standard setup. There are a few rows of desks, some whiteboards that we use for planning, and a lot of tangled wires under the tables. It’s a place where we can really focus on what we are doing. The air in Bavdhan is usually a bit fresher because of the trees and hills, so we often keep the windows open during the cooler months. We don’t have a big management team or anything complicated. It’s just us working together on various software tasks. We tend to be a quiet bunch, mostly just typing away or occasionally having a quick chat about a bug we found. For lunch, we either bring our own food or head out to one of the local spots nearby. It’s a very grounded way of working. We don't need any bells and whistles to get our jobs done. We just appreciate having a steady space in a good part of Pune.
