Our office is a bit different because we are located in a row house, specifically Row House No 5 in the Solacia complex. It’s in Wagholi, right across from the Wagheshwar Temple. Virtoustack Softwares Private Limited is the name on the door. Being in a row house gives the workplace a much more relaxed feel compared to a standard office tower. We are in the A4 section of the complex. Wagholi is on the edge of Pune, and it’s got its own rhythm. The temple across the road is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We spend a lot of time here working on different software bits and pieces. It’s a quiet enough area most days, except when there’s a big festival at the temple. Our setup is pretty simple; we didn't want anything too corporate. We have our desks set up in the main rooms of the house. It works well for a team like ours because we can just shout across the room if we need something. Sometimes we sit out for a minute to get some air, but usually we are pretty focused on what’s on our screens. The Solacia area is quite nice, and having the 412207 zip code means we are just far enough out to avoid the worst of the city traffic. We don't really have a fancy way of saying what we do. We just make software and try to keep things organized as best as we can every single day.
