Vipuljadhav has a small office in the Shaniwar Peth area of Pune. To be exact, we are in Flat No. 101 of the Angool Hostel building at 247. Shaniwar Peth is one of those old parts of the city where the history is everywhere, but it’s also very crowded. The building is a hostel, so there are always young people moving in and out, which gives the place a bit of energy. Our office is just one of the flats on the first floor. It is not a polished corporate space. We have some basic furniture, a few chairs for guests, and our work desks. Vipul started this and we’ve just stayed in this location because it’s central and everyone knows it. The noise from the street is constant, with the vegetable sellers and the bikes, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have a marketing team or a set of company values printed on the walls. We just come in, drink our tea, and get to the work that’s waiting for us. It’s a very straightforward way to live. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, and we just deal with it like everyone else in the area. We don't pretend to be more than we are. We are just a local business doing our bit from a small flat in an old building. That is our daily reality.
