Vikram Milk & Milk Products

Vikram Milk & Milk Products is located at 352, J-Block, Midc, Bhosari. This is where we handle all the dairy that comes in from the local farms. If you come by early in the morning, say around four or five, you’ll see the tankers arriving. It’s a cold and damp environment because of all the refrigeration and the constant cleaning we have to do. We take the quality of the milk seriously, but we don't use a lot of big words to talk about it. We just check the fat content and make sure everything is clean. The machinery in J-Block is mostly stainless steel, and it makes a constant low hum that you stop noticing after ten minutes. Vikram is usually around, making sure the shifts are covered and the bottles are filled. We don't have a fancy showroom. We just have a loading dock and a small office where we keep the records. Bhosari is an industrial hub, so it's all about efficiency and getting things done. We don't spend money on big advertising campaigns. Most people know us because they’ve been buying our products for years. The floor is always wet from being hosed down, so you have to watch your step. It’s a routine life, focused on the daily delivery of fresh milk products. We finish up when the last crate is loaded and the machines are scrubbed down for the next day.
