Vijay Steel Fabrication

Vijay Steel Fabrication is located in the Bibvewadi area of Pune. Our address is Plot No. B/42 and our workshop is in Room No. 7/8. It is in Lower Indiranagar, which is very close to the K.K. Market. Being near the market means there is always a lot of movement and noise around the shop. We do all kinds of steel fabrication work here. This mostly means making gates, window safety grills, and sometimes the steel frames for small sheds. I have been doing this for about twelve years now. I have two workers who have been with me for a long time and we work well together. We use grinders, drills, and welding machines every single day. The shop itself is quite small, so we often have to do the final assembly of the big gates outside on the pavement. We get our steel from a regular supplier in the city who gives us a fair price. We do not have any fancy brochures or a salesman. People usually just see a gate we made for their neighbor and then they come to find us. It is hard work, especially in the summer when the metal gets very hot to the touch. We just try to be honest with our prices and do a solid job that lasts. Pune has grown so much and there is always someone needing a new grill or a repair. (252 words)
