Vidisha Innovative Solutions

Vidisha Innovative Solutions is based out of F 304, Vasudha Apartment, Dsk Vishwa Dhayari, Pune 41. It is a residential area so it is much quieter than being in the middle of the city. We work out of the apartment at F 304 and it feels more like a home than an office. There are computers set up on the tables and wires running along the floor. Dsk Vishwa is a big complex and it takes a bit of time to find our block if you haven't been here before. We spend our days in Pune 41 looking at screens and trying to figure things out. It is a very relaxed atmosphere at Vidisha Innovative Solutions. We don't wear suits or have formal meetings. Most of our work is done while sitting on regular chairs with some tea nearby. The balcony at Vasudha Apartment gives us a nice view when we need a break from the monitors. Dhayari is a growing part of town and we like the vibe here. We are not a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of us handling various tasks as they come in. We try to stay organized but sometimes things get a bit messy with all the hardware lying around. It is just how we work.
