Vicky Electronics has been sitting here at Hadapsar 19, for quite a few years. It’s basically a workshop and a shop mixed into one. We spend a lot of our time looking at broken boards and wires. It gets a bit messy sometimes with all the parts lying around, but we know where everything is. People in the neighborhood know us as the place to go when something stops working. We aren't a big showroom with bright lights. It’s mostly just shelves full of components and a few benches where we do the actual work. Sometimes the repairs take a day, sometimes longer if we need a specific part. We just tell it like it is. If something can’t be fixed, we’ll say so. There’s no point in wasting anyone’s time. Hadapsar is a busy area, so there’s always someone coming in with a question about their gadgets. We started small and stayed that way because it’s easier to manage. You’ll find us here from morning until evening. It’s hard work, and our hands are usually a bit dirty from the solder and dust. But we like what we do. It’s good to see someone leave happy because their old radio or TV is working again. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. We just focus on the items on our bench and getting them back to their owners.
