Vfmg Mart is over in the Kharadi area of Pune, located at the Durvankur building. The full address is S.No 43/1/2/3/4/5/6, and our shop is numbered D/49. It is situated on the Sakore E N property, which is a well-known spot in the neighborhood. Kharadi has changed so much recently with all the massive IT parks and new luxury apartments, but our corner feels a bit more grounded and old-fashioned. We have a decent-sized shop where we keep all of our inventory. It is a bit of a maze inside with all the cardboard boxes stacked up to the ceiling. We spend most of our working hours organizing things and making sure that nothing is getting buried in the back. The area around the Durvankur building is usually busy with people coming from the nearby offices during their lunch breaks. We see a lot of young folks who have just moved to Pune for their first jobs. We are not a big chain or a franchise, just a private company started by a few of us who wanted to work together. We even do the local deliveries ourselves sometimes if our regular guy is sick or takes a day off. The dry heat in Kharadi can be really tough in April and May, so we keep the ceiling fans running at full speed all day. We do not have a big marketing budget or a fancy neon sign out front. Most of our regular customers are people who live right here.
