You can find Vertex Solutions Pvt Ltd over at the Narayan Complex in Akurdigaon, Pune. Our office is 10/B, and we share the space with S.A. Dabholkar. It’s a busy building in Panchtaranagar with all sorts of small businesses tucked into different corners. We don’t have a massive setup. It’s just a few desks and a lot of notebooks where we keep track of our projects. We do a variety of solution-based work, mostly helping other small companies with their management or technical issues. It involves a lot of sitting around and thinking through problems. Sometimes we go out to visit sites, so the office can be a bit empty during the day. We don’t have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working on our laptops. We’ve been in this part of Pune for a good while and we like being close to the local markets. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have stacks of paper everywhere and the coffee is usually cold by the time we remember to drink it. We don’t use a lot of fancy buzzwords. We just talk to our clients like regular people and try to figure out how to help them. It’s a simple business run by a small team, and we just focus on getting the work done day by day without too much fuss. It is a bit disorganized sometimes, but we manage.
