It’s a straightforward office setup in a residential building. We chose this spot because it's relatively easy to manage and quiet. Inside, it looks like any other small business office. There are desks pushed against the walls and a few cabinets for all the paperwork we have to keep for the government. We aren't really into the whole "corporate culture" thing. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and go home to our families. The neighborhood is okay, and we’ve gotten to know the people nearby a bit over time. We do a lot of IT and infrastructure work, so there's often talk about servers or cables around the office. Sometimes it's quiet, and other times everyone is talking at once trying to solve a problem. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us. We keep a pot of tea going most of the time. The lighting in the office could be better, but it gets the job done for us. We’ve been here for some time now and it feels familiar. We just try to stay on top of the tasks and keep the work moving along. There’s no dress code, just people working at their desks.
