It’s a bit of a specific address, but once you’re in the neighborhood, it’s not too hard to spot us. Being near the college means there are always students around and a bit of energy in the air. Our workspace is quite functional. We don't have those expensive bean bags or game rooms you hear about in some tech companies. We just have sturdy desks and good chairs because we spend a lot of time sitting down. The building has its own character, and it’s been our base for some time now. We usually start the day with a quick talk about what needs to be finished before the sun goes down. It’s a bit dusty outside sometimes because of the local construction, but we keep the office as tidy as we can. We’re a small team, and we all pitch in with different tasks. There’s no big hierarchy here; if something needs doing, someone just grabs it and gets it finished. Parvati is a nice part of Pune to be in, and being close to the 411009 pin code area keeps us connected to the heart of the city. We just focus on our code and our projects, day in and day out. It is a steady way of working.
