Vent- O - Fab

We are tucked away at Flat No 14 in the Shripad Shrivallabh building, which is at 768/1 on B R. Gadgil Street. It is more of a residential-looking spot, but this is where we run Vent - O - Fab. We deal with ventilation stuff and fabrication work. It is a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes with all the drawings and small parts we have lying around the place. We started this because we knew a bit about how air moves in buildings and how to make the parts for it. Most of the heavy making happens elsewhere, but the planning and the small assembly happens here. Gadgil Street can be quite narrow, so parking is always a bit of a struggle for anyone visiting. We have been in this flat for a while now. It has got a lived-in feel to it. We drink a lot of tea while looking over the vent designs. It isn’t a corporate office with glass walls or anything. It is just where we work every day. Sometimes the neighbors pop by to say hello. We keep things pretty simple. If someone needs a custom piece of ducting or a fan housing, we sit down and sketch it out on paper. It is steady work and we like being in this part of the city. It feels like home to us, and we know the local shops around here well. It's just our regular routine.
