Our place is located in the M.I.D.C. area of Chinchwad, specifically at Shivsagar, RH 127 in 'G' Block. It is a real industrial neighborhood, so there is always the sound of machinery and trucks passing by our doors throughout the day. At Venkatesh Doors Pvt. Ltd., we spend our time working on all different types of doors. It involves a lot of measuring, cutting, and checking the finish on the wood. The workshop can get pretty hot in the afternoons, but we just keep at it until the work is done. We are not a massive corporation with hundreds of people in suits. It is a smaller team here, and most of us have been working with frames and wood for a very long time. The office part of our building is small because we prefer being out where the actual work is happening. Shahunagar is a busy spot, and being in the G Block means we are right in the thick of the industrial zone. We do not have a fancy website or a glossy brochure to hand out to people. Usually, when someone needs a door, they just come by or call us to talk about what they are looking for. We do not use any scripts when we talk to our customers. It is just normal conversation about sizes and materials. Our floor is often covered in scraps and sawdust.
