Our office is at 36/2, Dhandekar Estate, which is right opposite the Angraj Dhaba in Kondhwa Bk. It is a pretty easy place to find because everyone knows the dhaba. We have been working out of this spot for a while now, doing software work. It is a basic setup with desks, computers, and a lot of wires running around. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have some fans and units to keep things moving. We spend most of our time staring at screens and writing code or fixing bugs that pop up. It is not like those big fancy tech parks you see in the movies. We are just a small team in a regular estate. Lunchtimes are usually spent getting food nearby, and the smell of the dhaba across the way is always there. The parking situation can be a bit tight when the estate is busy, but we make it work. Most of us have been here long enough that the commute has just become a habit. We don't have a big fancy reception area or anything, just a door and our workspace. People who need us usually just call or stop by when they are in the Kondhwa area. It is a practical place for us to get our work done without any of the corporate fluff that usually comes with software companies.
