Our office is located at 364 Gokhale Road in Model Colony. It’s a relatively quiet part of town compared to the industrial zones, which is nice. We deal with packaging materials. You’ll see a lot of cardboard and tape around if you visit. We’ve been here for a while and the people in the neighborhood know us. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just a few of us managing the orders and making sure the supplies are sent to the factories. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking emails. We don't do anything flashy. We just make sure that when someone needs boxes or wrapping, we have it ready for them. The building is older, and we’ve got stacks of files that probably need sorting, but we know where the important stuff is. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit messy, but that’s just Pune for you. We don't have a big mission or anything like that. We just want to get the orders right and keep our customers happy so they come back. It’s a steady business and we enjoy the routine of it. We take our tea breaks together and talk about the news or the weather. It's a decent way to spend the day.
