Anjani Plastic

Anjani Plastic is located right by the Varje Bridge flyover, at Chodhri Estate, Sr.No.2/1/1. It’s a busy spot with cars rushing by overhead all day. We’ve been working out of this estate for a good while now. The space isn’t huge, so we have to be smart about where we stack the raw plastic sacks so we can move around. It’s mostly just a few of us running the injection machines. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just like doing a good job for the people who need plastic components. The noise from the flyover is something you just get used to after a week of working here. Sometimes we have to move stuff around just to make room for a new shipment, which feels like a puzzle. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out over lunch. We try to keep the machines in good shape, but they have their bad days just like anyone else. Most of our neighbors are other small businesses, so we help each other out if someone needs a tool or a hand. It’s a practical way to work. We don't use big words or fancy promises. We just make the parts, pack them up, and wait for the next job to come in.
