You can find us at Shop No 17 in Building C of Swami Puram. We are right in the heart of Sadashiv Peth here in Pune, at 2161/B. It is a very traditional part of the city, and being in a shop-front space makes us feel really connected to the street outside. Venator Center For Global Careers Llp is where we spend our weekdays. It is a fairly compact space, so we really have to be smart about where we put all our stuff. We have a few chairs for visitors and some basic desks for our own work. The street outside is always lively with people walking by and scooters zooming past at all hours. We deal with career stuff, mostly helping people look at their options for going abroad. It is a lot of sitting and talking or typing away at the screens. We do not have a big HR department or anything complicated like that. It is just us. Sometimes the shop gets a bit dusty because of being so close to the road, so we are always wiping down the desks in the morning. There is a small back area where we keep our bags and the electric kettle for coffee. We usually grab snacks from the little shops nearby when we get hungry in the afternoon. It is a very local way of doing things. No one wears suits here unless there is a really big reason.
