If you head over to Aundh at number 4 you will find our shop tucked away in a spot that gets a lot of sun in the afternoons. We deal with all sorts of power stuff like batteries and backup systems that people need for when the electricity goes out unexpectedly. The shop is small and it smells a bit like lead and plastic but that is just part of the environment here. I spend a lot of time checking voltages and making sure the units are charged up and ready to go. There is a wooden counter where I sit and talk to neighbors who drop in just to chat or ask about their home setups. Aundh has grown so much lately and the street outside is always humming with scooters and cars. Sometimes I have to step outside just to get a bit of quiet from the buzzing of the chargers inside. I have a lot of old tools that I still use because they work better than the new ones I bought last year. It is not the most polished place in the world but it is honest work and we stay busy enough throughout the week. I usually keep a ledger on the side to write down what people are looking for so I can try to get it in for them. It is a simple operation and we just take it one day at a time.
