Our office is over in Wadgaonsheri, at Navratna Housing Society, S.No.3. If you’re familiar with Pune 14, you probably know the area. It’s a decent place to be based. We handle engineering work from here. It’s a mix of office time and field time. The office is where we do the math and look at the papers, but the real work happens elsewhere. We aren’t a huge corporation with thousands of employees. We’re just a local crew that knows how to put things together. Sometimes we get stuck in traffic near the society, which is just part of living in Pune these days. We’ve been doing this for long enough that we don't get surprised by much anymore. Whether it’s a delay in materials or a change in a plan, we just deal with it and move on. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. Our work usually speaks for itself, and that’s how we like it. Most of our clients are people who have heard about us from someone else. It feels more personal that way. We like to sit down with a cup of tea and just talk through what needs to be done. No fancy presentations, just a regular conversation. Engineering is hard work, but it’s what we know. We stay focused on the task at hand and try to do a good job every time. That is really all there is to it.
