We are set up in Warje Malwadi, specifically at Kakade Terrace on N.D.A. Road. It’s a pretty recognizable spot if you live around this part of Pune. Our office is in House Number 20. It’s not a huge place, but it’s enough for what we need. We spend our time on engineering projects, mostly dealing with the nuts and bolts of construction and design. Working on N.D.A. Road means there’s always something happening outside. The commute can be a bit of a pain during rush hour, but we’ve lived here long enough to know the shortcuts. Our team is basically a group of people who like to see things get built properly. We aren't interested in fancy titles or big meetings that don't go anywhere. We’d rather be out on the site seeing the progress for ourselves. Sometimes the dust gets everywhere, and our boots are never clean, but that’s the reality of this job. We’ve had some long days and some very early mornings to get things ready. It’s just how the work goes. People stop by Kakade Terrace to talk about their plans, and we give them an honest opinion on what can be done. We don’t use a lot of jargon. If something isn't going to work, we say it straight. It’s better that way for everyone. Pune is a fast-paced place, but we try to keep our work steady and reliable. It’s a lot of effort, but we like it.
