We are located over at the Vidharbha Housing Society. It’s a place that feels more like a neighborhood than a business district, which suits us just fine. Being based here means we see the same people every morning. We do engineering work, mostly focused on the practical side of things. There isn't much flash or show here. We just have our tools, our plans, and a lot of patience. Sometimes a job is easy and everything goes right. Other times, we’re scratching our heads over a technical issue for hours. That’s just part of the deal when you’re building or fixing things. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just us doing the work that needs doing. Most of the day is spent checking on sites or talking to suppliers about when the next load of stuff is coming. It can be a bit of a juggle, but we’ve gotten good at it over the years. The society is a nice spot to work out of. It’s relatively calm, which helps when you need to focus on a complicated drawing. We don’t go around making big claims. We just show up, do the engineering, and go home. If someone asks what we do, we tell them we build things. Simple as that. We’ve been around for a bit and plan to stay for a lot longer, just doing what we know how to do. The routine is something we actually enjoy most days.
