We’ve been in Pune for quite some time now. Dealing with engineering and building stuff is what we do daily. It’s mostly about getting the job done without too much fuss. Sometimes the weather gets in the way, or parts arrive late, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We have a small office where we handle the paperwork and meet people. It’s not fancy, just a place to sit and talk through the plans. Most of our days are spent out where the actual work happens. People know us around here because we’ve been at it for years. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings folks to our door. Engineering sounds complicated when you say it out loud, but it’s really just about making sure things stand up straight and work like they should. We have a few regulars who always come back when they have something new to build. It’s nice seeing familiar faces. Sometimes we grab tea at the stall nearby and just talk about the projects. It’s a busy city, Pune, always growing and changing. We are just a small part of that growth, putting one brick on another. There are always challenges, like finding the right materials or keeping up with the schedule. But we manage. It’s hard work, sure, but it feels good at the end of the day when a project is finally finished and looks right. It is what keeps us going.
