Our spot is located in Vadgaonshri, specifically in the Ganeshnagar area. We are in Flat No. A 3 at Goodwill Vrindavan, which is right near Anandpark. It's a nice enough part of Pune, and being in a residential-style building makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than a high-rise downtown. We are Vascon Engineers Ltd., and this is where we plan out our construction and engineering projects. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a working office where a handful of us gather every day. There’s usually a pot of tea going and a lot of talk about materials and timelines. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a bit, and we like that it’s close to everything we need but still feels like a local community. Most of our day is spent checking on sites or going over technical drawings. We don’t really believe in big sales pitches. We just do the work and let the buildings speak for themselves. The office gets a bit crowded when the site supervisors come in for meetings, but we manage. It’s a practical place for practical people. We deal with all the usual headaches of construction, from permits to weather delays, but we just take it one day at a time. If you’re around Anandpark, you’ve probably walked past our building. We’re just part of the local fabric here, trying to do a good job.
