You can find us at House Number 165 in Gandhi Nagar, over in Dehu Road. This part of Pune has a very specific feel because of the military cantonment nearby. It’s a bit quieter and more disciplined than the city center. Our office is a simple house that we’ve repurposed for Vascon Engineers. It’s not a big corporate park. We like it this way because it’s easier to manage and less stressful. Most of our day involves talking to site supervisors and making sure we have enough materials for whatever we’re building at the moment. Gandhi Nagar is a nice enough neighborhood, mostly families and retired folks. Our office doesn't stand out much from the other houses, which is fine by us. We have a few desks squeezed into the rooms and a small area for tea. The internet sometimes goes out when it rains hard, so we end up doing things the old-fashioned way with pens and paper. Dehu Road is a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the main city, but it's where we need to be for our current work. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; we just focus on the engineering. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to checking structural plans. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. We just keep pluggin' away at the work until it's finished.
