Our office is located over in the Hill View Society in Kothrud. It is at Plot No. 2 on Paud Road. If you know Pune, you know this area is always moving and changing. We are an engineering firm, so there is usually a lot of paper and drawings laying around the desks. We spend a lot of time looking at plans and talking about structural stuff. It isn't just sitting in an office though. A lot of the work involves going out to various sites across the city to see how things are coming along. Erandavne is a decent spot for us because it is central enough to get where we need to go most days. The office itself is functional and plain. We have got our computers and the coffee machine which gets used a lot by the staff. Engineering is a lot of small details and making sure things line up exactly like they should. We have been in this spot for a while now. Sometimes the traffic on Paud Road makes getting in and out a bit of a headache, but that is just how it is in this part of town. The people here are mostly local folks who have been doing this for years. We don't have big meetings with fancy presentations. We mostly just talk through the problems that come up on the job and try to find a way to fix them. It is a busy atmosphere but it works for our team.
