Vascon Engineers Ltd Pune is located on the second floor of Shri Chintamani Residency in Dighi. It’s Flat 208, on Ganesh Road in the Sanbaji Nagar area. Using an apartment as an office works well for us because it keeps everything close-knit. You have to walk up or take the lift to the second floor to find us. Inside, it’s mostly desks pushed together and shelves full of technical binders. Dighi is a bit of a haul from the center of Pune, but we like it here because it’s a bit more manageable. Most of the work we do involves engineering plans and keeping track of our various construction sites. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed; we don’t wear suits or anything like that. Usually, there’s some music playing softly in the background while the team works on their computers. We get a lot of light through the windows, which is nice when you're looking at tiny text all day. Being in a residency means we know our neighbors, and they know what we do. It’s not a corporate park, so you won’t see a huge sign out front. We just focus on the engineering tasks at hand. If we are not in the office, we are probably out at a site somewhere in Pune-411015. It’s a honest way to make a living, and this flat gives us exactly what we need to get the daily work done without any fuss. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
