Vascon Engineers Limited

Vascon Engineers Limited is based out of Pune, specifically in the Mohammadwadi area. We are in 101 Vasundhara, which is part of the Nyati Garden setup. Most people find us by looking for the Corinthian Club, since we’re right near there. It’s a nice enough part of the city, maybe a bit quieter than the central areas like Peth, which we appreciate. The office is on the first floor, and it’s got enough space for our team to spread out their blueprints and documents. Pune weather is usually okay, but it gets a bit dusty with all the new construction happening around Mohammadwadi lately. We spend a lot of time here, often staying late when a deadline is coming up. The building, Vasundhara, is well-kept and it’s easy to tell people where to go. We don't have a lot of corporate decorations; it’s mostly just shelves full of files and old project records. There’s a tea stall not far away where we usually head for a break in the afternoon. Living and working in this part of Pune means dealing with some traffic, but being near the club makes for a good landmark. We’ve been in this office for a good stretch of time now. It’s become a bit like a second home for the staff. We just show up, do the engineering work that needs doing, and try to keep things moving along smoothly without any unnecessary drama.
