Varpas Innovation Llp is located in Dombivli, which is part of the Kalyan Thane area in Maharashtra. Our office is number 314 on the 3rd floor of the Commerce Center. It’s right above Om Hospital in Ramnagar. It’s a busy spot, and the hospital downstairs means there’s always a crowd outside. We’ve been here for a while now. The space is practical for what we need. We do a lot of innovation-related work, though that sounds more formal than it feels when we’re actually at our desks. Mostly, it’s just us trying to figure out better ways to do things. The 421201 area is where we live and work, so we know the neighborhood well. It’s a local operation through and through. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or anyone to greet you. If someone comes by, one of us just gets up and says hello. The walk up to the third floor keeps us moving. We use the Commerce Center as our base. It’s a solid building. Our team gets along well, and we usually eat lunch together when we can. We don't have big corporate meetings. We just talk over the monitors. It’s a very direct and honest way of working. We’ve had some tough days like any business, but we keep moving forward. Being in Ramnagar feels right for Varpas. We just keep our heads down and try to do a decent job every single day.
