Our office is located in a bungalow in Balewadi, specifically Bungalow C-2. Balewadi has changed a lot over the years, getting much busier with all the new buildings and the stadium nearby. Being in a bungalow is nice because it feels a lot more personal than a high-rise. We have some space to move around and it doesn't feel like we're trapped in a box. We’ve set up our workstations in what used to be the living room and one of the bedrooms. It’s a bit of an unconventional layout for an IT service company, but it works for us. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If the doorbell rings, whoever is closest to the door goes to open it. We usually have some music playing quietly in the background while we work. The team is small, so we all know what everyone else is working on. Lunch is often a group affair where we sit together and talk about things other than work. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We’re just a small outfit in Pune trying to do a good job for our clients. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day. The garden area outside is a bit overgrown, but it’s a nice spot for a quick phone call. It doesn't look like a typical business from the outside, but inside we're quite busy with our regular tasks. We like the quiet vibe here.
