Vanadium Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is tucked away in Building Number 23 on LBS Road. If you know Navi Peth in Pune, you know it can get pretty busy during the day. We are in Block Number 326. It’s not the biggest space in the world, but it works for what we need to do. Pune is a city that keeps moving, and being on LBS Road means we are right in the middle of that energy. We mostly handle the pharmaceutical side of things from our office desks. There are a lot of other businesses around us, so there is always some noise from the street. We’ve been at this for a bit now. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure the orders go out and the supplies are tracked correctly. The building is older, but it has a certain character that we like. It feels like a real part of Pune. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on the computer. Sometimes the tea stall downstairs is the highlight of our afternoon break. We don't try to act like a giant corporation because we aren't one. We are just a local Pune business trying to stay organized. Most of our neighbors are also small offices, so everyone minding their own business is the norm. We just focus on the day’s tasks and making sure everything is where it should be. The traffic outside can be a mess around five o'clock, but we usually stay late to avoid it.
