Valnsiya Group

We are located in the Shantiniketan Society over in Chinchwad. It's in G Block, specifically at Rh-37. If you know the MIDC area in Sambhajinagar, we’re right around that neighborhood. It has a bit of an industrial feel in this part of Pune, but our specific spot is quiet enough. We’ve been running the Valnsiya Group from here for a while. The office is basically just a few rooms where we handle our daily business. It’s not one of those big glass and steel buildings you see in the city center. It’s a lot more grounded and simple. We have some basic chairs, a few sturdy tables, and our computer equipment. Mostly we just deal with the regular daily grind. It can get quite warm in the afternoons, so we always keep the ceiling fans going. The neighborhood consists mostly of other small businesses and some residential houses. We know most of the people at the local shops nearby. Work usually starts pretty early for us. We aren't really into those long meetings that don't go anywhere. We just talk about what needs doing for the day and then we get to it. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour, and we just take a little break until it comes back on. It’s a very practical way of working. We don't have any slogans or mission statements on the walls. It’s just us working in Pune. We like the area because it is easy enough to reach.
