We are located in Katraj, in a building called Chinmay Heritage. We took over Flat 101 on the first floor. Katraj is a pretty active part of Pune, especially with the zoo and the lake nearby, though we don't get much time to visit those. Our office is basically a converted apartment. It’s got three rooms that we use for different tasks. The first floor is convenient because we don't have to wait for the lift, which is usually busy anyway. We have a small balcony where we keep some plants, though they don't always look very healthy. Inside, it's pretty packed with computers and servers. We spend our days dealing with various tech stuff. It’s not a quiet place because there’s always something being discussed. We don't have fancy furniture or a coffee machine that makes lattes. It's just instant coffee and regular desks. Most of us have been working together for a few years now. We know each other’s habits pretty well. It’s a basic setup in a busy neighborhood. We like it here because it’s easy for most of the team to reach. There are plenty of small eateries nearby for lunch. It’s just a regular, hardworking group of people in an ordinary flat. We don't have any formal meetings, we just talk across the desks when something comes up. It's a very direct way to handle the daily workload and stay on track.
