Our office is actually a row house, RH13 to be exact, in Sudarshan Park. It's located in Sector 19 of the PCNTDA area in Chinchwad. Being in a row house is nice because we have a bit more space than a tiny office cubicle. There's a small porch out front where some of us sit when we need a break from the screens. Chinchwad is quite industrial, so it’s a busy part of Pune. We’ve got a couple of floors here. The ground floor is where most of the work happens. It’s got that lived-in feel, not like those sterile offices in the IT parks. We have some old chairs and desks that have seen better days, but they do the job. We aren't trying to impress anyone with how the place looks. Most days it's just the sound of typing and some quiet chatter. We know the neighbors pretty well since we've been here a while. Sometimes we walk over to the local market for tea. It’s a decent spot. We don’t have a big HR department or anything; it’s just a small group of us trying to build things. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have fans going. It’s just a normal place to work. We don't have a big sign on the gate, just a small sticker. If you weren't looking for us, you might walk right past the building without noticing.
