Valecha Engineering Ltd has another office in Pune, this one over in the Bhiravnagar area. We are specifically located in the Jay Yogesher Building, which is behind the Goodwill Sankruti Apartments. The address is Sr.No 55/4/1, and it’s a bit tucked away if you don't know the landmarks. This part of Pune, near Dhanori, has seen a lot of growth lately with new apartment complexes popping up everywhere. We are right in the thick of it, which makes sense given that we do engineering work. The office itself is pretty simple and functional. We spend a lot of time coordinating between our different project sites and this central office. There’s always someone coming in with a new set of drawings or a problem that needs solving. The building is a regular commercial-residential mix, so it feels very much like a part of the local neighborhood. Traffic in Pune has gotten worse over the years, so we try to time our site visits to avoid the worst of it. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us working through our tasks without a lot of ceremony. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. It’s just an engineering firm doing its job in a growing part of the city. We like the local vibe here and the fact that we can see the city changing right outside our windows.
