We are Vaibhavi Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Our office is on Level-5 of the Vatika Business Center inside Tech Park-1. It’s on Airport Road in Yerwada. It is a big building with lots of glass and elevators. We share the floor with a few other companies. It’s a bit different from our old place because it’s much more structured here. We have our desks set up and there is usually a lot of typing going on. We do tech work, so there are wires and monitors everywhere. It’s not always perfectly neat, especially when we are in the middle of a big project. We don't have a receptionist who greets you with a script. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hi. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to each other about how to solve bugs or issues. The view from the fifth floor is okay, you can see the traffic on Airport Road all day. We drink a lot of tea and coffee to keep ourselves going. It’s a professional enough environment but we don't wear suits or anything unless we really have to for a meeting. We are just a group of people who are good with technology. Yerwada is a busy part of town so there is always somewhere to grab lunch. We like the setup here even if it feels a bit like a maze sometimes.
