We’ve been here at Nana Peth for quite a while now. The office is right on Ambalal Doshi Marg, number 327/A. Dealing with property and industrial stuff isn't always easy, but it keeps us busy. Most days involve a lot of paperwork and talking to people who come by the shop. It gets a bit noisy around here with all the traffic, but that’s just Nana Peth for you. We handle a mix of things, mostly looking after properties and some industrial work that comes our way. The building we are in is old but it works for what we need. Sometimes the tea stall next door is the best part of the morning. We don't have a big fancy team, just a few of us making sure things get done right. People know where to find us if they need help with some land or factory space. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on sites. We try to keep things straightforward. No one likes a complicated deal, so we just tell it like it is. It's been a few years since we set up shop here. The address is easy to find if you know the landmark. We usually open up early and stay until the work is finished. It’s not a glamorous job, just regular work for regular people around this part of Pune. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years and we just keep doing our thing.
