Inventech Industries

Our workshop is based in Wadgaon Sheri. It’s a part of town that has changed a lot, but we’ve pretty much stayed the same. We focus on manufacturing work and industrial jobs. It’s not the kind of place with air-conditioned offices and fancy carpets. Instead, we have a large floor where we keep the machines and the materials we need. Most of our guys have been doing this for a long time, so they know how to handle the equipment without much supervision. We don't really bother with marketing or trying to sound like a big tech firm. We just show up in the morning, look at what orders need to be filled, and get to it. Inventech Industries is a name we’ve used for a while, but to us, it’s just the place where we work. We handle various industrial components and parts, mostly just steady production work. Sometimes the place gets a bit cluttered when we have a big shipment going out, but that’s a good problem to have, I suppose. We like the directness of this business. If someone needs something made, they tell us, and we figure out how to make it happen. It’s a very practical way to spend the day. We don't have a corporate hierarchy here; we all just pitch in where it's needed most to get the job done right.
