Mate Technologies

If you head over to Survey No. 64/3 in Vadgaon Budruk, that is where you will find Mate Technologies. It is not in one of those shiny new glass buildings, but it works for us. The area has changed a lot lately with more construction going on around the survey plots. Our workspace is mostly filled with hardware, cables, and screens. It can get a bit cluttered when we have a big project going on or when we are testing out new gear. We spend most of our time staring at code or fixing technical glitches that pop up. The floor is concrete and the lighting is just standard tubelights, nothing special. We usually have some music playing in the background to keep the energy up while we work through the tasks. Vadgaon Budruk is a decent spot, though the roads can get a bit muddy during the monsoon season. We have a small pantry area where we make coffee and sometimes eat our lunch together. It is a very hands-on environment. We do not spend much on decor because we are more concerned with the tools and the tech we are using. It is just a group of us trying to solve problems and keep the systems running. It is a bit messy sometimes, but that is just how it goes when you are building things from scratch every day.
