Our Panvel office is in Satya Sai Plaza, specifically in the 208-B section. We’re right besides the Cine Raj picture hall, which makes it very easy to give directions. If someone is lost, we just tell them to look for the cinema. Being in New Panvel East means we’re right in the middle of a very busy part of Navi Mumbai. The plaza itself is a bit of an older building, and it’s always full of people going to various shops and offices. It’s a lively place to be. We handle the Uttam Galva Steel Ltd. business from here, mostly focusing on the coordination and the administrative side of things. The traffic in Panvel can be a real headache, especially during peak hours, so we’ve all learned the best shortcuts by now. Inside the office, it’s pretty basic. We’ve got our computers, some stacks of papers, and the usual office stuff. We don't spend money on fancy art or expensive carpets. It’s just a place to get the job finished. Sometimes you can hear a bit of noise from the cinema or the street, but it keeps things interesting. It’s a practical location for us because of the transport links in Navi Mumbai. We’ve been here long enough that the local chai sellers know us by name. It’s just a regular office for regular work. We just do what needs to be done to keep the business moving along.
