We are out here at Uttam Galva Steel Ltd, right across from the NTPC plant in Pathrota. If you are coming through Teh-Itarsi in the Hoshangabad district, you can’t really miss the area. Nitin Tyagi is the one who keeps things running, and we are based at the property of Shri S. N. Tyagi. It’s a very local operation. We aren't some massive corporate entity with a glass front. We are more of a boots-on-the-ground kind of place. The yard gets pretty busy with trucks, and the noise from the NTPC plant is just something we have lived with for years. It’s a dusty, hardworking environment. We don’t have a fancy breakroom or a polished reception area. We mostly just have our desks and a lot of steel to keep track of. People around here know us as a straightforward group. We don't use big words or have long meetings about missions and visions. We just wake up, head to the office near the front of the plant, and deal with the steel orders that come in. It’s a simple life in a busy industrial pocket of Madhya Pradesh. Sometimes the heat is a bit much, but we just keep the fans going and get through the day's work. It is what it is—a regular business in a regular town, just doing what we know how to do.
