Utkarsh Koregaonkar

Utkarsh Koregaonkar is located at E-504 in Nikash Lawns which is a nice spot near State Bank Nagar. This is just off Sus Road in the Pashan Bavdhan area. It is a bit away from the main city noise which I really like because you can actually hear yourself think here. The building is easy to find if you are coming from Pashan and the air feels a little bit fresher because of all the trees around the hills. I work out of this apartment and it is a very straightforward arrangement. There are no fancy signs or reception desks here just a home where work gets done every day. I usually start early before the traffic on Sus Road gets too bad. Being near State Bank Nagar means there are always people around but Nikash Lawns stays fairly quiet for the most part. I have my desk set up near the balcony so I can see the weather changing over the hills. It is not like a big corporate office where everything is perfect and cold. Here there might be a pile of laundry in the next room or the sound of the pressure cooker from a neighbor’s kitchen. It is just a real place where I handle my business and live my life at the same time. Most people who deal with me appreciate that it is a direct and honest way of working.
