We are based at 115/2 in the General Block of the MIDC area in Bhosari. If you know Bhosari, you know it is a real hub for engineering and manufacturing. Utcon Engineers Pvt. Ltd. fits right in with the other shops and factories around here. Our unit is not very big, but we have enough space for our machines and a small office area for the paperwork. The noise from the other units nearby is constant, but you stop noticing it after a while. We have been here for several years now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are more focused on the work we do than the decor. It is a practical environment for everyone. We don't have any fancy meeting rooms or glass walls. Usually, we just stand around a table and figure things out together. The staff is mostly local guys who have been doing this for a long time. We handle various engineering tasks and try to keep a steady pace throughout the day. Sometimes we have to work late to get a specific job done, but that is just the way it is in an industrial area like this. We don't go for any of that corporate talk or big promises. We are just a group of engineers and workers trying to do a decent job every single day. It is straightforward and honest work. We like it here in the block.
