The address has a lot of numbers like S No. 35/1/1/3 Plus 4, but once you’re in the area, the building is easy enough to spot. We like being in Baner because it’s a growing part of Pune with a lot of energy. Our office is basically just a few rooms where we keep our servers and workstations. It’s usually pretty quiet inside, save for the sound of typing and the occasional phone call. We aren’t the type to have a big marketing team or fancy brochures. We mostly get our work through word of mouth and by just doing what we said we would do. The view from the seventh floor is actually quite nice, especially in the evenings when the lights start coming on across the city. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and keep our lunch boxes. It’s a simple setup, and that’s how we like it. We focus on the technical details and try to make sure everything we build is solid. If there’s a problem, we just sit down and talk it out until it’s fixed. It’s not a flashy life, but it’s our work and we take it seriously without being overly formal about it.
