Unkbi Tech Private Limited

Our spot is in the Aspen building over in Gulmohar. It's on the third floor, specifically Wing A1. We’ve been based here for a bit now. The area is okay, though traffic gets pretty bad around S.No 63 during the morning rush. Inside the office, things are usually a bit messy. There are a few computers and some old chairs that probably need replacing one of these days. We get our tea from the small shop downstairs. It’s a quiet spot most mornings until everyone shows up and the day really starts. The windows look out over the road. Sometimes we just sit and watch the cars go by when we need a short break from the screen. It's not a fancy place, just a regular flat that we turned into a workspace. We have a small kitchen area but it’s mostly just used for the kettle. Pune weather is decent, so we keep the balcony door open when it’s not too dusty or loud outside. Most people here have been working together for a while. We don't really have big meetings or anything official, we just talk across the desks. It’s easier that way. Sometimes the elevator in Wing A1 acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s good exercise, I guess. We try to keep things simple here at Unkbi Tech Private Limited. It’s just us working through the daily pile of tasks in this corner of Pune. No big frills, just the usual office routine.
