Universal Floritech

You’ll find Universal Floritech up on the 4th floor of Godrej Millenium. Being in Koregaon Park means it’s a nice area, but our office is pretty basic. We have some desks, some computers, and a lot of papers scattered around. It’s a tall building, so we rely on the elevator a lot, though it can be a wait during the morning rush. The view from the window is mostly of other buildings and some trees down below. We aren't a huge team. We spend most of our day on calls or typing away. Sometimes the office gets a bit quiet, so we put on a small radio in the corner. We don’t have fancy furniture, just the stuff we’ve picked up over the years. The carpet is a bit worn in the high-traffic areas. We have a small corner with a microwave and a fridge where we keep our lunches. It’s a practical space. We don’t really have meetings in a big boardroom; we just talk across the desks. If we need to discuss something, we just pull up a chair. The lighting is that standard office kind that flickers once in a while. We keep a few plants on the windowsills, but they don’t always get enough water. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay on top of the orders and the emails. No one here wears a suit, just comfortable clothes for the day.
