Universal Distributors & Services

We are located at Aviva No. 1, on Lane No. 3 of Prabhat Road. It’s a nice area, quite close to Deccan Gymkhana. Universal Distributors & Services has been in this neighborhood for a long time. The lane is a bit narrow, so if you’re driving a big car, you have to be careful about where you park. We handle distribution for various products and offer some maintenance services too. The building is an older style, which gives it a bit of character compared to the new blocks. We have a small office and a storage area in the back that always seems to be full of boxes. Prabhat Road is a good place to be because everything is close by, and the trees provide some shade. We usually walk over to the local cafes for a tea break in the afternoon. Most of our clients have been with us for years, so we know them by name and they know us. We don't do much marketing or anything like that; word of mouth has always been enough for us. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several deliveries arrive at once, and we’re all scrambling to clear some space on the floor. But we manage somehow. It’s a comfortable place to work, and we like being part of the local community here near the Gymkhana. It’s just a normal business run by normal people.
