Well, if you're looking for us, we’re located over in Wadgaonsheri, specifically at Betal Facility Management. Our spot is in Samarth Nagar, right next to that ICICI building, which makes it pretty easy to find if you’re familiar with the area. We’re tucked away in A Wing, Flat No. 3. It’s a bit different working out of a flat rather than a big glass office building, but it works for what we do. Every morning, the team gathers here to go over the day’s tasks. You’ll see mops, buckets, and cleaning supplies tucked into the corners, ready for the next job. The neighborhood is always buzzing with people going to work or heading to the shops nearby. Sometimes the traffic on the main road gets a bit loud, but once you step inside the wing, it’s mostly just the sound of the ceiling fan and someone on the phone coordinating the staff. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and making sure everyone knows where they need to be. It can get a bit hectic, especially when three things happen at once, but that’s just the nature of facility work. We’ve been in this part of Pune for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. It’s a no-frills kind of setup, just a group of people trying to keep things running smoothly for our clients. We usually have tea around four in the afternoon when things settle down slightly.
