Unique Residency

Unique Residency is located on Bhaudi Road in the Wagholi area. We are positioned right behind the Bharat Petrol Pump and across from Shreyas Garden. It’s a residential complex where a lot of families have made their homes. We handle the day-to-day management of the building from our small office on the ground floor. It’s a busy job because something always needs attention, whether it’s a leaky pipe in a common area or the security guards needing their schedules changed. Wagholi has grown so much lately that the road outside is always full of cars and dust from new construction. We spend a lot of time talking to the residents and helping them with their maintenance issues. It’s not a fancy corporate management company; it’s just us looking after the place. We have a small garden area that we try to keep green, though the sun is very strong here. The water situation is something we have to watch every day. We know most of the people who live here by their first names. Sometimes we have meetings in the evening to discuss building repairs. It’s a practical kind of work that doesn't get much praise, but it has to be done. We just want the residents to have a decent place to stay without too many problems. We keep our logbooks updated and try to stay on top of everything as it comes.
